I have seen tons of pins of chia seed pudding on pinterest and I finally made some . This is my second ( batch ..?)
Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk (I used vanilla almond milk )
Stir together all the ingredients. Chill for about 6 hours or overnight.
I waited a few hours and i added about 1/4th cup of the mango pulp. ( I got it at the $.99) and Chilled it for 1-2 hours more
once I was ready to eat it .I added some of the Classic muesli ( the one on the right) .
