Latest smoothie with chia seeds and tumeric

With this one I used about

  • 1 cup of the almond milk and strawberries and peaches
  • about half a teaspoon of turmeric ( is said it helps with anti-inflammatory which i get a lot due to having lupus )
  • i mixed everything and  at the end i added  a table spoon of chia seeds mixed it a little  and done .
